What a sorted morning looks like

How it works

Three steps, then it runs on its own.

  1. Connect Gmail

Sign in with Google and pick the Gmail account to sort. Name the folders you already think in; they become labels in your own Gmail.

  2. Atzro files into your labels

New mail is read as it arrives and labeled in Gmail. Automated mail leaves the inbox; mail from people, and anything that asks you for something, stays.

  3. You review the few it's unsure about

Anything below your confidence bar waits in Review. One click files it and teaches Atzro, with a Why? that shows exactly what it saw.

What it does

Built for a Gmail inbox that never stops.

  • Knows people from bots, and who a reply is for

Each email is read for who sent it and who it's really asking: you, someone else, or everyone on a group thread. People asking you stay in the inbox.

  • Your people always stay

Name the people and company domains that must never be filed, and block the senders that should never reach you.

  • Respects your Gmail filters

Mail your own filters already file is recorded, never moved. When a filter hides a person asking you something, Atzro points it out.

  • Review with a Why? for every decision

Unsure emails wait in a Review queue. Accepting or moving one teaches a sender rule; the Why? panel shows the evidence behind each call.

  • Calendar invites handled

Personal invites stay in the inbox, group invites are filed with their folder, and invites from strangers go cold. Do-not-reply notices are spotted and filed.

  • A dashboard that says what needs you

Who is waiting on a reply, what's urgent today, how much mail came in, your top senders, and where it all went.

  • Sort older mail too

Point it at the last 3, 6 or 12 months, or everything, and watch the inbox you already have get filed newest first.

  • See where your storage goes

Find the folders, senders and attachments taking the space. Move what you don't need to Trash, never a permanent delete, and watch the freed-space tally climb.

  • Sorted within seconds

Gmail tells Atzro the moment mail arrives, so new email is usually filed before you'd have seen it. A scheduled pass every few minutes catches anything missed.

For teams and assistants

Several Gmail accounts. One login. Share the sorting, not the password.

Connect your work and personal Gmail and switch between them. Invite an assistant to a mailbox as an editor, so they can tune folders and clear Review with their own login, or as a viewer who can look but not change anything. Owners alone connect, disconnect and share.

Owner

Connects Gmail, shares the mailbox, manages billing.

Editor

Tunes folders and rules, clears Review, runs cleanups.

Viewer

Sees the dashboard, mail and decisions. Changes nothing.

Security and privacy

Your mail stays in Gmail. Atzro keeps only what it needs to show you why.

  • Sign in with Google

Gmail access comes through Google's own sign-in (OAuth). Atzro never sees your Google password.

  • Tokens encrypted, revocable any time

The access Google grants is stored encrypted. Disconnect in Settings and Atzro revokes it with Google on the spot.

  • Trash only, never delete

Clean-ups move mail to Gmail's Trash, where Gmail keeps it for 30 days. Atzro has no permanent-delete button.

  • What we store

Sender, subject, a short excerpt and the evidence behind each decision, so Review and Why? can show their work. Message bodies and attachments stay in Gmail.

  • Sessions expire daily

Every sign-in lasts 24 hours and then ends; a shared computer can't stay signed in forever.

  • Google's Limited Use rules

Atzro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
