Atzro Terms of Service
Operated by Nucar (Chris Dagesse)
Plain terms for using Atzro. By creating an account or connecting a Gmail account you agree to them.
1. The service
Atzro (https://www.atzro.com), operated by Nucar (Chris Dagesse), sorts a Gmail account you connect: it labels mail inside your own Gmail, keeps or removes it from the inbox, flags what needs your attention, lets you review and correct its decisions, and helps you find and trash mail that takes space. It works through permissions you grant to your Google account and can revoke at any time.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 to use Atzro.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your login and for the people you invite to a mailbox.
- Connect only Gmail accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- Give us accurate information and keep your email address current so we can reach you about billing or changes.
3. Free trial and billing
- Each connected Gmail account gets a free trial from the day it connects. No card is needed to start.
- After the trial, sorting for that account needs a subscription: one monthly price per connected Gmail account, shown on the home page and your billing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe directly.
- Connecting another account adds a seat and disconnecting one removes it, prorated. When your last account disconnects, the subscription is set to end at the close of the period already paid.
- You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. Sorting continues until the end of the period you have paid for and then stops; your mail and labels stay in Gmail. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.
- If a payment fails, sorting continues for a short while as Stripe retries; if it keeps failing, sorting pauses until the card is updated. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects you.
4. What Atzro does with your mail
Atzro reads mail to decide where it goes and moves it only between your inbox, your labels, Spam and Trash. It never permanently deletes mail and never sends mail as you. The Privacy Policy explains what is stored and why; it is part of these terms.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't use Atzro to break the law, Google's terms of service, or anyone else's rights.
- Don't try to access other people's mailboxes, probe or overload the service, or reverse-engineer it.
- Don't resell Atzro or offer it as your own service without our written agreement.
6. Automated decisions
Sorting is automated and will sometimes be wrong. Review lets you see and correct decisions, and every filing is a Gmail label you can undo. You remain responsible for reading your mail; Atzro is a help, not a guarantee that nothing important is missed.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Atzro running and to sort mail promptly, but Atzro depends on Google's and other providers' services and limits, and may be paused, changed or stopped. We will give notice of planned changes where we can.
8. No warranty and limitation of liability
Atzro is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Nucar and Chris Dagesse are not liable for lost or delayed mail, missed messages, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of Atzro, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time: disconnect your Gmail accounts, cancel your subscription and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk, and we will say why.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
